Global warming and climate change are indeed happening ,David, up some years and down the next----no question that change is real---it always has been,but to blame it on man made carbon when those volcanic eruptions in Iceland,and elsewhere can spew more dust and junk into the air in a week than 1000 industrial revolutions ever could . We very well could be into a cycle of climate change that nature herself is orchestrating--do we interfere????

As far as the credible climate scientists go, your sources may be different than mine, but when I listen to the Monk debates and read commentary in reputable scientific magazines about the issues, I believe universities are feathering their own nests to obtain more funding and institutions that we trust like East Anglia university are questioned and try to spin things in their favour when caught lying, I have to ask questions.

Yes, it is a fact of life, men are greedy and systems are not perfect, in fact, good people in bad systems need to take care of the necessities of life, just like someone in a perfect system. The money somehow has to trickle down to the masses and it appears our system does it better than most.

P.S. The harder I work, the richer I get, within limits, of course.
