The ROF is bigger than sudbury in area of mineral discovery. It will never be a public city. The footprint of the mines will be very very small compared to Sudbury or Timmons area with its large commercial areas. All of Canada has tough enviorment to work and build anything in. This board has begun getting enviormentalists coming here to spread unrest on the projects designs and they will be pushing hard to have their agenda of zero growth met. Radicals and hypocrites will sit on their stainless chairs, with rare-earth laden computers, driving their chemical battery cars that are plugged into carbon emmitting or valley flooded energy sources in TO or Vancouver, and try and stop the projects by claiming that thousands of square kilometers will be destroyed into oblivion, forever. They are a small bunch but very vocal. It is good that the more the fanaticisim is spewed, the less they are listened to, and real educated people can see what other mines in Canada have been able to accomplish with reclaim practices. The old ways from even 50 years ago are gone except for propaganda use by idiots.
