Subsidized power rates for Cliffs?

Cliffs is only asking for a reasonable rate, competitive with other nearby jurisdictions.

Ontatio Hydro's high electricity rates have been the consequence of decades of political interferance and Hydro's own blunders, culminating in industrial electricity costs that exceed their neighbor's electricity charges by a significant margin.

They do not seek a subsidy. They need competitive rates.
