I just heard on BNN (Leo De Bever, CEO of AIMCO) that China needs to build 10 million appartments units annually just to keep up with the demand... 10 000 000!!! Talk about commodity needs!!! Stainless steel wanted up there??? You can bet China is having eyes on Quebec and Ontarion North and will certainly put their feet anytime soon... (Baosteel has a couple of toes already!!!)
