Sometimes the sky does fall!

The 1908 impact occurred in Siberia near the Tunguska River and destroyed the taiga forest at a distance of twenty five kilometers around the epicenter. The Tunguska impact, which was technically an air burst explosion rather than a ground collision, had the force of a multi-megaton nuclear blast.

Lets suppose that this unthinkable event happened in British Columbia or Greenland last year. Some astronomer would probably step up to the plate and say that they knew twenty years ago it was going to happen and we should have listened to the Russians and put more money into asteroid diversion,or that a certain group(Canadians) are to blame because they didn"t get on the sky is falling bandwagon.

Change is real, climate change is real---yes the polar ice cap is melting now but tomorrow it will freeze again and if it doesn't????

As Jimmy Buffett said, "I don't know where I'm gonna go when the volcano blows"

Steady now, don't let um throw ya Ironwill
