NOT is stalled. A few walls have developed on the ask from .80 to .82. My guess is that these aren't really for sale but they sure act as a bit of a cooler for anyone waxing speculative on NOT going up soon. I think that some are actually waiting to see if NOT lets anything loose before the year end. NOT still is resisting a drip drop in sp so there is still that expectation. It will be interesting to see how long NOT can maintain that against time passing with no news. We wait to see.....who knows...maybe today? Naw...but maybe. :)

Looks like someone is perhaps trying to buoy the markets up going into Christmas. Volumes low but sp's up.
