I do not think either one of you calls yesterday's last trade correctly.

In my opinion it is someone who wanted to buy 1K of shares but at a much cheaper price and did not want to risk getting it peace meal because has expensive commission. In other words the brokerage charges for each piece that is filled. I have that same situation with one old brokerage that I have not yet parted company with. No wonder the broker did not want to show who it was.
This fellow waited until the last moment and either had to bite or forget it. So sorry guys, no mister nice guy or repentant Mr. Scrooge.
