A good way to know if management is holding material information is to look at the recent insiders disclosure filings. If they bought shares in the market, or took a part in the last PP, and the next published results coming from the last drilling are extraordinary, then THAT would suggest a potential illigality. If there have actually been buying activity from the close management, I would suspect that the results will just be OK, not outstanding. If they've been quiet on this front, I would start to be excited...
