If I were the CEO of a company, and in the year 2011 I knew that something would prove up of great material significance, I might just say that 2011 will be my companies year, regardless of whether information became public in 2011 or the earlier part of 2012. The fact that info. becomes revealed in 2012 does not mitigate that the real significance took place in 2011. The rest is just investor druthers.
