TA is fairly new to me and I would not rely on it alone that is for sure. However, we have had some consolidation here at these higher levels which is a good thing, even necessary to give us the power we need for the next leg up.

Yes, an announcement of infrastructure would be a no brainer to send us to much higher prices. However, we are still very undervalued here and there are buyers coming in that realize that things could change very quickly for our share price. We have had solid resistance at 82 for a few weeks now and a break above this would signal that the next leg up is here. Now, I do not know if we have the volume to do that without news but based on us being undervalued and that a political announcement could come soon, we could get that volume anytime without notice just like our last move up from 50.
