Hi Babjak, I am pretty sure that in political terms the phrase "real action" means" we aint got know money but we will just keep talking about it until you get sick of us and quit buggin us". I hope I am wrong. With the people wanting Health care and subways it hard to spend a billion or so on a road and railway for so few votes.
