Canadian Pacific Rail...a familiar story.

I have been reading about the Canadian Pacific Rail battle with Bill Ackman of Pershing Square Capital Management LP (A USA HEDGEFUND)

Pershing Square Capital, reveals it have been buying CP Rail stock since the "OCTOBER lows of last year. They own over 14% of CP.

Now the hedge fund is demanding change. A new CEO, and a couple of new directors.

This story is "familar". The takeover before the "Rise" story.

It's interesting that a director at CP is also a director at Cliffs.

It's interesting that CP primarily does BULK transport.

It's interesting that 45% of what CP carries is COMMODITIES RELATED unlike CN Rail which is more of a "merchandise operator".

It's interesting that Mr. USA-HEDGEFUND Ackerman from Pershing is picking NOW as a time to er- ah-um ...make change at CP. Suddenly.......the management at CP is a...problem. Suddenly a new CEO is needed. Suddenly new directors are needed.

Hopefully, the Canadian Government will see through this...USA Hedgefund.
