Wow, every ROF company should take note and cheer. This is a significant disclosure and an unexpected one in my opinion. We should all note that they are saying 1M more tons than the original 600K. That is 1.6M. They are in regardless and taking a page out of Noront's book by just saying they will include road costs and simply anticipate provincial support. Big change in attitude. IMO, means hydro is resolved and Sudbury wins, getting the refinery.

I think it means better partnering and as such Noront must be in the loop on all this. Every thing else being equal, Noront and other ROFs should take off as a result, imo.
