an attempt at a hostile takeover. We talked about that a while back when it appeared that NOT's sp was dormant at a seemingly fixed price. It is desireable to fix an sp in a narrow range, usually the lower the better, for defining a premium to offer the shareholders. Doubly affective is when it has been after a very long period of time of shareholder beating and boredom such that they will sell just to be done with it or to make a few pennies, having forgotten what it was like to have a formerly decent sp. It's the frog in boiling water affect. If someone had done a study on our posts and noted how the perspectives have shifted and who has come and gone and who is left that has changed positions, we would have witnessed the frog in water affect.....to say nothing of the shares that have changed hands to those expecting less than the former longs. So, I look at our price now and see how the bid/ask looks like it could take off any time or stay where it is, depending on who is controlling the game and how long NOT takes to motivate the market one way or the other. Or will it be something else that motivates the sp and the sale of NOT? We wait to see.
