Interesting to note that it was posted after CLFs announcement that this would have a positive affect on NOT's sp. It may yet but the initial movement of NOT's sp was to be wacked down to .84 from .88 with a recovery back to .88 and then wacked back down in the last few minutes. Somebody monitoring? Somebody staving off momentum?
