Wondering...you mention "behind closed doors to seal the deal"

Something in my mind keeps reminding me about the Aurelian deal.

Sure hope I'm way off but the stockholders over there were also kept in silence and found out later what they actually had (although an average stockholder should have sold at $40,- when they had the chance in my opinion)
