ANL,

Actually this "streamlining" of the process is not new. Ontario has been touting this idea of a "one window" process for a few years now.

It is the lengthy delays once you have submitted all your proper technical materials, applications, forms, etc.

I think this is what is concerning Mr. Oliver. The beuracrats over there need a jump start!
