Maybe. Is there anything that says we have to sale to Baosteel at $0.86 if they wish to buy in under their existing agreement? Similarly If they have 9.9% and warrants for 4.5% how much more could they buy before capping out at 19.9%? When it comes to ownership are warrants calculated in as part of the 19.9% cap?

Anybody know the details on this?
