From what I can read on the INK report it was a corrected marker trade of 50000 shares, corrected to show a zero trade. So no insider purchasing unless it was made exempt by some ambiguos rule.

The marker trades have been showing up more often for not, kwg, and fnc lately so it appears something is up.
