Will we get additional buy-in from Baosteel or do a pp for funds necessary going forward?

In the corporate presentation under investment overview , Baosteels investment funds 2012 expenditures, so since this is dated Feb. 3 I take it they feel the funds are coming.

When they list the major shareholders the total percetage of the 4 listed only accounts for 17.7% of Noront, I thought major shareholders held a much higher percentage.
