Not sure infra news will suddenly propel the SP... But additional discoveries would set fire, especially if infra news have been published!!! The good thing is that Noront has so much very promising targets in its bank of claims... The map is full of Noront's spots! Just imagine if another eagle is discovered in say 2 years from now, when roads and rails are on the way... (I know: Noront may be taken out before that, but I am still a believer that it won't happen -except as a partnership of some kind- and that Noront will mine on its very name)

As an example, look at Stormoway in Northern Quebec, which got their infra news, governmentnt commitments and FN involvement, etc... But its Share price is still in still water, dancing smoothly around the dollar mark...
