"I do not give up on the hope that if they poke around with their drilling they will find better cores."

I think we are way ahead of that, Ed. And I can't really understand why there is not greater optomism here.

Back at beginning of Dec, there was much ado about the possibility that they had hit something in the last few holes drilled in last drill campaign, hopefully nickel.

Well now it seems they have done exactly what we hoped they would. They scheduled three holes to chase a nickel signature and found what they wanted on two of them.

The above tells us two things. There is more nickel to be found. They have a signature to follow to find this nickel. I don't know what more we could want at this time.

Of particular note, we found an impressive grade of nickel, at slightly less than 200m vertical (250m @ 60 degrees), that obviously gives off a definate signature. It is unlikely that a small pod would show anything at that depth, unless it was very high grade. Also note that hole was drilled before end of Nov, and they subsequently ran a whole bunch more geophysicals on the area (border of FNC). If there is anything of note found there, it will be a simple matter to incorporate it into a mining plan at eagle1.

The above optomistic statement, though, could be dwarfed by the fact that they now seem to have a means of locating more nickel. And this is showing them other locations with the same signature as already proven.

A conversation with Paul S. a couple of years ago indicated the problem up there is to find anything at depth, as geophysics were just too inconclusive, and we all know nothing has worked to date. This seems to be changing.

Best regards

K
