Dear NOT Sweethearts,

I believe it would be most beneficial to shareholder interest to have an agreement in place whereby Baosteel would fund the mine building and processing facilities for an exclusive interest in both the processed chromite and ferrochrome binding it to an 8-10 year contract period. This method would get NOT the capital it needs to mine the eagles (multiple). And would also get the chromite out to Asian markets in a shorter timeline. Less dillution, good for shareholders. Good for the Northern economy.

There's money to be made in that there "chromite stuff"...........in the tailings alone.
