If you could refer to my March 30/2011 8:32pm posting of my conversation with Paul Semple, you could see why this very recent road work start may be the RAMP start (earlied up by six months by a construction start pre-permit).This"road permit"could authorize the early ramp site staging of heavy equipment/supplies enabling ramp based/highly accurate deep drilling to those recent NR targets ( and verification of more Ni/PGM resources) from those deep(er) drill targets,{ including targets near FNC/PRB properies. ??}. More pressure on Cliffs to do an a Cr offtake deal with NOT, which would reduce mine financing $$ requirement.
