Lakeside, my guess is - CN buys ONR rail and freight line. Feds, Libs, and CN fund extension of rail into ROF with spur lines offered to other mining entities for a price. Opens up transport to all mining; FNs get their transport corridor which provides jobs, lower cost of living, negotiated NSR as their piece of the action; Feds and Libs get multiple years of taxes and equity plus brownie points for being party to resolving to FN economic issues that have plagued both levels of gov't for centuries(plus this will eliminate Cdns having to fund FNs) and show some respect for the Cdn population north of Muskoka.

As the Beach Boys song went "WOULDN'T IT BE NICE". All the ducks are in line. Just hope that ALL parties get on board and don't screw this once in a lifetime opportunity to right some wrongs and grow the Cdn economy.
