They are getting ready to move as soon as posible after the EA and speeded up permits will come days after agreements. This will move much faster than I have ever seen and I have seen and been part of on site starting and building quite a few mines, recently, Alumbrera, Diavik and Totten. Governments, and it won't matter which one, want this to move fast and the enviormentalists are being paid off with large tracts of other lands so they may fluff feathers but will trade off and go with the underground system.
