Message: Patience everyone

Fortunately, duelling pistols at dawn are no longer acceptable, or we could lose a couple of posters here.

It seems whenever there is a lack of information, or a lack of clarity of information that is available, there is an increase in nitpicking on the forum.

The purpose of a forum is the dissemination of information, good or bad, and everyone of us has a different way of presenting what they have to offer. Anyone with a constantly negative position has just as much right as an eternally positive one. Some see the glass as always half full, some see it half empty. Probably the only time to draw a line is with stupid, or outright misinformation, or personally derogative statements.

At any rate, enough said on the subject.

What is happening? Are we going to see a buyout? Is infrastructure announcement imminent? Are present shareholders absolutely stupid?

A week ago we had RCF come out and announce they hold over 10% of the company, and their recent average cost was 61 cents. Now they have stated they have bought another mill shares around the 64 cent mark. We don't know just what is happening, but who cares. They sure didn't buy 22 mill shares at these prices in order to sell them for 50 cents.

Whether they bought them as a proxy for CLF, as a proxy for Xstrata, or as an investment because they know something else is coming, doesn't matter. Whatever reason, they will profit from what they are doing, and there are folks out there that will sit back and watch what happens, and cry foul when it does.

I do not know what is happening. I do though, know something is in the wind, obviously.

I also do not know for a fact that there will be a buyout at 1.80. I am, though, a realist. I am here for profit. I have replaced all my traders this last week, and lowered my average cost from 79 cents down to 77 cents. In addition, if the buyout is at 1.80, my net return is raised considerably. If it is higher, so much the better.

And if there is no buyout, but only action because someone has information on the winter's drill program, no one should be too surprised

Everyone who suddenly rises, and bemoans my suggestion of the buyout figure, should review the facts, mainly that there are sellers that let 1.5 mill shares go in the mid sixties in the last week. If they only have to increase the price by 2-3 cents for every 1.5 mill shares, they will have them all far below my suggested price.

Too many of us, my self included, have fallen in love with Noront. And it is not returning the affection, so far.

Best regards

K
