NOT is going to be a mine , it is a certainty .

The world economy is in a bad shape and the cash in hand has got to produce resources for the investors on steady bases and their are unwilling to invest in ventures with a high degree of risk .

Noront is a long term investment so there is time to get to it but this does not justify the low share price ; there are dark forces holding it down specially if you compare with the adjacent territorial mining companies ,to name one PRB.

How long we should be prepared to wait considering that must of us are invested at a higher share price and the stalling stock comes with a high cost .

I guess the answer is on how deep are your pockets .
