Even though it's off topic, it's kind of interesting to see some practice that is being "watched" by regulartors. Not saying that anybody is guilty, but there are some other practices out there that large institutions are using in their financing of junior companies. Of course, the little guys are in need of a cash infusion (by issuing cheap shares and wts) only to find their SP under complete control by the big lenders. The objective for the big guys is to make money. Who would care about the fate of little companies or their retail shareholders.
So, NOT et al., better think twice when some nice people come knocking at the door, offerring lots of cash. Buyer beware!
