I do agree that there is a chance of some implications with regard to Treaty #9 and the way it was worded. The fact is that the local FN want the mine(s) to come to fruition as it will improve the lives of their people through infrastructure (I think I can safely assume forthcoming in some form) and jobs. It is only a matter of time IMO.
