I would like to take a moment to acknowledge and honor, my fellow poster and friend Larry Hoover, on this, his special day.

Many know "The Hoov", from his interaction, here on Agoracom. The majority see an intelligent and articulate man, who most generously shares his knowledge, opinion and time. As Jacki, so eloquently pointed out, when Hoov speaks...the board listens. That will always be, as Lar puts a great deal of time, thought and research into his posts and has won the respect and following of many.

I want to thank-you Larry, for your contribution here, but also for the work you have done on behalf of many, many shareholders. Yes, you have your public duties as Director, but you have also waged difficult wars, behind the scenes, standing up for what you believe is right and offering a strong voice, for those struggling to be heard. In this last year alone, you have been harassed, threatened, questioned and attacked. Still you rise above it all, in a dignified manner and continue to give of yourself, here, to us. It takes a special person, to do what you do. I honor and respect you for that.

It is a privilege to have met you in person and to call you friend. The Larry I know and cherish, is an extraordinary man....multi-faceted, caring, generous, funny, deep and a joy...in every way. I'm sure there are many here Lar, who will join me in wishing you a wonderful day and a year filled with peace, good health, prosperity and the love of those you hold dear.
