If I was negotiating, I would be standing just as tall aand saying that an all season road network is being put into all FNs commmunities that want one before they have to fly in all year round. Paid for by the Governments and not the mines. Canada needs this as much as they needed the Dempster and the Alaska highway through the Yukon and the road to Yellowknife and Red Lake very much like Quebec has done. This is what will happen and soon. FNs would own these roads and power grids. I agree with Monias this way but I am afraid that his large talk is not the right way to get the desired outcome. Right plan, wrong method.
