I am also not a fan of Wes and especially of the manipulative funds that have grabed a hold of this company. Note that they grabbed it before Wes came on board, BUT he came on board with them already present so he is present with their approval.
I have been outspoken positively about the company but that is mostly due to the company assets and what has been accomplished in spite of the management.
By the way, I am all willing to give Wes slack to accomplish the tasks that need to be done. While the company has not progressed as well as I hoped under his management I am content with the extension of the chromite and nickel resources.
As most of you here I am very displeased with the share price and associated lack of communication from management. The two are linked in my opinion.
However I am sticking with the company as an investment and I am inclined to think along Crazytrad's. Yes unhappy with the current sp but when it is as low as it is with the assets that this company has I say take advantage when such opportunities come up. That does not mean that I have no sympathy fo all those that bought many of their shares above 3 dollars. ( My highest price paid was $2.82 for 500 shares I believe in 2009.) I have bough my long hold whose average price is $1.97 and am sticking with every one untill near the end. However when the sp fell below 1.50 I also started to buy for short term trades. The funds have depressed the sp so that the invertors who bought in high would become discouraged and sell to them. Yes it is all about control of desirable resources. So when they do that I am all happy to ride on their coat tails and buy for the short term trades postion of my portfolio.
I mostly invested for the long hold but am not complaining much because the low sp presents an opportunity that I missed with this company many years ago. I also see this opportunity as grabbing some for me as opposed to the funds. So I say do not complain much, just grab some and get even.
Opportunities do not come knocking often. Ed.
