I think if they were dumping to lower the SP to presure a PP then it could be shown that it was not legal, whatever, it is what it is, I have learned that they may not be some good people to have involved in a project financing so I will look out for that and watch for them in the future. If they do something good for me then I will follow them like I do some others. Maybe even invest in them to work for me instead of against me.
