The 40% in strong hands would be great. The problem is all but 10% were bought on the open market. The rest of the 30% were/will be given at the expense of shareholders by diluting us out.

Personally I would have preferred they sold 25M to a producer at 40 cents. Then at least we would be somewhat assured that someone at least had a interest in development rather than just as an investment.
