I think the market knows, or at least a good number of players know, that this has been a long drawn out affair, and there was no hurry getting involved.

This is and always has been a speculative stock. Because of the sheer volume of infrastructure required, there has never been absolute assurance that the Eagle's nest will ever be anything but a piece of moose pasture. Although there have been untold number of rumors of this infrastructure ( some even say a bunch of the bridges have been built on the QT), it is all just useless drivel until it comes directly out of the horse's mouth. We still don't have even that, but at least we know the horse can talk, and plans to do so.

What we have is a great big iceberg here, with only the tip showing so far. If the news of late can move us as we are seeing, imagine what is to come, as there is a huge backlog of information to be released at the appropriate time.
