Your needs aside which are well justified after having invested for 5 years, I have been in about the same amount of time. From the length of time that you have been reading this forum you know that Noront is a stock that has huge potential.
So yes it is surprising to me. I would never have made such a comment when the golden goose could come home at any moment.

Granted I am much younger (early 60s) and still in good health so I have cause to be patient for a longer period.
This is not an 'income' type stock, not in this world economy. Few stocks are these days. It is a stock for longer term investing BUT has potential for greater profit.

If you want short term income, I mean over the next few weeks or months then probably silver and gold bullion may be a better bet. Both metals have been dumped on recently and gains of 10 to 30 percent are very likely before this year is done.

Hope you have an improvement with your condition. My heart goes out to you because I have relatives that are in similar condition to yours. Wishing you the best of health and fortune. Ed.

p.s. You may recall that I have been also investing in Noront stock on a short term basis ( what I call short term trades ), these I have done with short term profits in mind. Needless to say, I am in the red with those ones also besides my long term hold. Yet I remain optimistic.
