It's intersting if you read McGuinty's words that he believes he has piqued Harper's interest.

It kind of seems like McGuinty is making this appear that he is behind getting the Fed's involved.

In reality, the Feds took notice a long time ago. It was in their Crown Speech a very long time ago and numerous Federal Goverment members have eluded to some sort of plan in the past.

I believe that this meeting was not a introductory type of meeting for Harper, but rather one to hammer out details which had been discussed in the past.

A wise political move by McGuinty trying take credit though.

Another very positve sign for the Ring of Fire.
