Banding shareholders: Depends on degree of that banding.

Loosely held would be for information purposes much along this forum, so what would be accomplished above what we have here now? Just submit who has how many shares and decide on who represents the group.

Forming a formal group could mean $ costs besides time, but we could have enough votes to appoint a director of our own choosing. Are enough of us interested in forming a formal group?

In the past I have had several of my stock's shareholders trying to from such groups but most failed due to lack of support or not enough voting shares held to make a difference.
