Forming a share block of retail shareholders

Was around for the last attempt, and thought we should have won that one. Count me in if there another. We may or may not as retail control enough shares to influence any decisions, but at least it would give management some idea of who we are, and how we feel on a variety of aspects of this investment. All in all not a bad thing to do. Let me know if someone is compiling the numbers.
