I want to say one more thing on this. I have many FNs friends who do not live on the reserve and hold good jobs and are part of the Canadian society. They are also frustrated with their own leadership and the reserve lifestyle. I believe it is those off the reserves that need to speak up about the system that has alienated so many people who are outside the general public awareness. I have dealt with many other areas of Canadian FNs who have worked with and had a concensus of thought, for or against a project, but have never seen the disconnected hodgepodge of systematic self interest before as in north western Ontario.
