Now you`re getting the picture :) And we`ll be lucky if it`s "all sorted out" in just five years.

There`s a fly in the ointment,and it`s called "jobs".That is NOT what they`re looking for.Get that word out of the "discussion",replace it with their choice,"profit sharing", and watch how quickly this gets resolved
