Nothing a good dose of grease won't solve.

If you have followed this thing for as long as I have, and toss in a bit of understanding of the terrain in the area, and a bit of experience dealing with first nations, it may help to see the games being played.

As far as traditional territory is concerned, only Webequie and Marten Falls can honestly put forwards reasonable argument on the subject, and even Marten Falls is a bit hazy. Does anyone notice they are both quite silent during this uprising?

What everyone there is chasing is infrastructure (hydro, road access, etc). The ideal situation would be to bring a road in from the west, and locate the furnaces in the Greenstone area. I have no suggestion as to how both those things could economically occur, but sometimes logic doesn't apply.

What has been offered, without question, is jobs for anyone who wants one. So what? Wes has stated publicly that anyone in the area that is capable and wants a job is already working.

On the flip side of things, they also realize that if they don't get some infrastructure gains as a result of ROF development, they never will, so they better put up the best fight they can.

From Noront's position on the matter, they have an EA ready to publish, on a project they can't begin work on until they get permits, which they won't get until the gov't settles these issues, so might as well enjoy the summer. Certainly, I am

Best regards
