How right you are. They grab their wages while doing nothing to enhance shareholder value. In the end they'll kiss us all goodbye with a smile on their worthless faces and move on to fleece the next hopeful investor, while again being paid well. As for options, what does it matter to them if the operation fails, they have still made excellent wages - I'd say better then average.
Sorry,all. I wish I could be more positive, but I've seen the worth of my shares in this company shrink 'till, like skinny jeans where one has to grease one's ankles to get them on, even the grease (buying more shares) doesn't help. Maybe not a very good analogy but ....
