Question:

Now that Cliffs have fallen over $50.00 this past year what is to stop Baosteel from buying 19% of their company thus owning 38% of all chromite coming out of the ROF...,...just asking?

They have a right to acquire 25million shares of Noront before May2,2013 for lot less.

Will they do it?
