Again, my point of contention was with the comparison of the ROF to the supposedly "dirty" oilsands, and the FACT that, in almost every case, the writer has not visited either location, nor based their argument on truthful details.
In particular, with the subject of this discussion, "facts"are based on vocal stories carried down from elders of how it used to be. As a comparison, I would suggest one read the written diaries of Robert Service, as he made his way overland from eastern Canada to the goldfields of the Yukon, written over a hundred years ago. No pollution in what is now northern Alberta then? Yeah, right.
Also, regardless of how it is laid out for the public to digest, there are only two Communities that face direct exposure to elements of the ROF development. Niether of them are a party to the propaganda being disseminated by the other wannabees. I would bet dollars to doughnuts that Marten Falls would be screaming loudly if they thought this N/S route wasn't going to happen.
