It isn't in the headlines very much? Quiet is good as it means there is talking in private which is meaning that there is progress. Slow progress untill that day that hands are shook and agreements happen. Then contracts can be signed and equipment moved and trainees taught. Housing to be built and catering set up. I sure do love the smell of a project starting
