Not even a peep, right. And what is particularly telling: the feasibility study was due months ago. I for one can't believe that the one bit of news about the government backing a north-south connection could have derailed the whole feasibility study and swept away all calculations previously made. It was not such an improbable move, after all, and also, they initially had told us (back then when they were still telling us things) that the study would not involve any surprises compared to the pre-feasibility study. So there cannot be very much that needs to be redone.

I conclude they are actively holding it back. It is not a matter of poor PR.
