IMHO, ...and this is just speculation ...If Cliffs were given disposition on processing raw chromite in Ontario and shipping material out of Canada/Ontario, you would think that it would result in a hue and cry from not only Ontarians but also from all Canadians.

It would also be reflected in their share price which has fallen from around $83.00 a year ago to just over $36.00 at present.

Every thing in the ROF has gone for a crap including Noront and will remain so until :

1. The two governments get their acts together.

2. We get the Native people onside.

3. The road/railroad situation is resolved.

4. Cheap hydro is made available for the founderies.

Once there is movement on any of the above conditions,ALL shares should move but it's going to be a bumpy road getting there!
