Noront SP doesn't need anything but people who want to own it instead of people who want to sell it. The market just doesn't care right now. There are plenty of other companies in the same boat. No one wants anything untill proof of life to the economy without things like excessive oil cost and tsunami disasters, or extended governments on the minds of buyers. We have pretty much run out of the gamblers.
